Project: Sump 2/Robinson Wastewater Pump Station Improvements & Expansion, New & Existing Construction

Area: Building 51 Existing Pump Station & Control Room 14,850 SF
Building 56 New Pump Station 17,875 Square Feet
Building 57 Standby Power Building 5,098 Square Feet

Site Features: This 3+-acre site is a storm and sewer water treatment plant with existing concrete structures built in 1880 and 1970. This project is a remodel of the existing pump station and two (2) new concrete buildings designed to conform architecturally to the existing structures. The new pump station was designed to match the character of the 1880 structure and the standby power building blends with the newer 1970 building with generators to keep the pump station in operation during emergencies.
